1. About these terms

Hypenado (“the Service”) is provided by VECTORSPELL LTD (“we”, “our” or “us”), a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17167562. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

2. What Hypenado does

Hypenado reads the public website you give it, writes social media posts and visuals about your product with generative AI, and publishes them to social accounts you connect, immediately, on a schedule you set, or through an automation you turn on. You decide what is published, unless you turn on automatic publishing for an automation.

3. Your responsibilities

• Only promote products and use websites, images and videos you have the right to use.
• Review your posts. AI output can be wrong; you are responsible for what you publish, including any claim we flag for your review.
• Follow the rules of each social network you publish to.
• Keep your account details accurate and your password secure.

4. Plans, credits and billing

• Prices and the credits each plan includes are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Prices are in US dollars.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Plan credits renew on your billing date and do not roll over; purchased top-ups remain until used.
• Credits are used when work succeeds: writing a post, making a visual, or a publish the network confirms. Work that fails releases its credits.
• Credits are usage limits for the Service. They are not money or stored value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Payments are processed through Stripe Managed Payments. For eligible transactions, Link may act as the merchant of record.
• Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee, explained in our refund policy.

5. Publishing and third-party services

Publishing runs through our provider Post for Me and the social networks' own interfaces. Networks can reject, delay, change or remove posts, and can change what they accept. We show you each network's result, but we cannot guarantee that a network accepts or keeps a post.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel any time from your account and keep your plan until the end of the paid period. Your first 30 days are covered by our money-back guarantee; refunds are explained in our refund policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for spam, deception, impersonation, illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

8. Liability

The Service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for the content you publish. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell you about significant changes before they take effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
